How soon is delivery?
Please
allow up to 7 - 10 days for delivery of your order (in many
cases your item/s will be received much sooner than this). If
for any reason we find that delivery within this time frame may
not be possible, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that all Ride on Racers, 4 x 4 Pedal Cars, Wagons,
Bilingual Dolls & Custom Made Tees will be posted separately to
you (if you placed an order for one of these items along with
other various products from our site).

postage Australia wide!
For orders less than $30.00, postage is a mere $5.95!

What payment methods do you accept?
SHOPPING ON-LINE
When you shop on-line, we can accept payments from credit cards,
debit cards & bank accounts via the universally trusted PayPal
system. You don't even need to have a PayPal account.
GET-TOGETHER
We
accept several methods of payment which are noted below.
These are also noted at the base of our order form.
(1) When placing an order at a 'get-together' you may make a
cash payment on the day.
(2) Deliver your payment to the 'get-together' host prior
to delivery.
(3) You can request that we email you an invoice so that you can
make your payment securely on-line via PayPal. You do not
need to be an existing PayPal customer or even sign up to PayPal
to make your payment this way. It's quick & it's easy!
(4) We can simply email you our banking details so that you may
make your payment via direct deposit.
For all
custom made items shown on our website (such as tees & canvas artworks),
please note that payment is required prior to the printing process &
delivery.
Returns cannot be accepted on personalised items - so please order
carefully,
ensuring that all spelling of names etc is true & correct.

processed by a secure encryption bank payment gateway.
Once you place an order via our on-line store, you will receive
a confirmation email / receipt detailing your order and delivery
address information.
Credit card transactions will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *GRIFFINROSE".
Any personal details which we receive from you as a result of an
inquiry or order will be kept totally secure. We do not keep
credit card details and we will never share your details with
anyone.

If you believe a product is faulty or damaged through no fault
of your own, please contact us.
If you return the item in it's original packaging within 14 days
of delivery, we will send the product to the manufacturer
to replace or repair. If this isn't possible, we will
happily offer
you a refund or an exchange.
All returned goods are at your risk in transit and losses often
are not covered unless you make special arrangements with your
carrier. 'griffin & rose' recommends that you consider
registering and insuring your goods before consignment, for
return to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility
for goods that are lost in transit and not received by 'griffin
& rose'.
We do not refund where errors occur from a typing error you may
have made over the internet or mail order for personalised
products, or for change of mind. Delivery costs are
non-refundable.

Items out of Stock
What if an item is 'out of stock' or has only
'limited stock' available?
If any of our products become 'out of stock', it will be removed from the site or noted on the
product description as soon as we are aware. If in the event of an item
becoming unavailable without our prior knowledge the customer
will be advised immediately once 'griffin & rose' becomes aware
of it. A new delivery time will be advised and the customer
will be given the opportunity to cancel or reorder.
If we only have limited numbers of a product in stock, we will
mark it as 'limited stock only'. If by any
chance you have ordered a 'limited stock' product & we find that
we have sold out of that item, we will refund your money for
that item straight away. If you would like to check
availability, please contact us & we will be happy to assist.

gorgeous invitations for all of your friends. You provide the venue & a 'griffin & rose' representative will
attend along with samples of our range so that you & your
friends can view the products before you buy.

If you
decide to host a
'griffin & rose get-together',
not only will it make a great excuse for a catch-up with friends
& family while you shop, it can also be very rewarding for you!
At ‘Griffin & Rose’ we make it so easy for you to reap reward
dollars!
Hosts will receive 10% of the total sales made from a
‘get-together’ (including any outside orders collected), to
spend on products in our range (excluding custom made tee‘s &
canvases) - it couldn’t be easier.
Plus you will receive an additional $10 towards the above amount
for each ‘get-together’ booking made on the day, $25 for 2
bookings, then $10 for each additional booking after this. You
will be surprised at how quickly it all adds up!
What is an 'On-line Party'?
What is an 'On-line Party'?
You
can still host a 'get-together' & reap the same benefits
offered, without actually hosting a party in your home!
The only difference is that we ask for a $250 total minimum
order.
To host an 'On-line Party', simply contact us & we will send you
out a catalogue & order forms via the post or email (your
preference), to pass around to your friends. The
order forms are also available
to download from our website. You then simply collect the
orders & after approximately 2 weeks, return them to us.
We will process your bulk order & deliver directly to you.
It couldn't be easier!
For all
'on-line party' purchases there is
a postage & handling fee of 7.5% of the amount purchased for
each individual order. For example if you have a friend
who orders $100 worth of goods, they will need to pay $7.50
towards postage & handling.
The total combined order will be delivered only to the 'on-line
party' host - who will then be responsible for delivering each

Who is 'griffin & rose' ?
'griffin & rose' was established by two good friends who each
happen to also be mothers of 3!
With children of their own, they have both come to appreciate
good quality toys & products which 'don't break in two minutes'
& can even be passed down to baby brothers, sisters, nephews,
nieces & friends for a second (or even third) life!
Like most mothers of toddlers & school aged children - they
found their children were constantly invited to friends birthday
parties which resulted in these two mothers constantly on the
look-out for unique & quality gifts that would not only stand up
to 'play' durability, but would not easily be found (or
doubled-up come party day) at the local retail store or toy
shop.
Also like many women - these two mothers share a passion for
shopping, so they put their heads together & developed the
concept which is now 'griffin & rose'! After a great deal
of research & attending trade fairs, a gorgeous selection of
quality products for babies & children were found which 'griffin
& rose' are now proud to present to you. We hope that you
